Returns & Cancellations
All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to
be faulty or damaged when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, please contact us so that we can arrange to collect
and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Delivered:
If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.
We are happy to cancel any order(s) made until the point of dispatch. If an item has left our depot, postage fees will not be refunded.
Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 7 days of
receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost. If you are
returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods excluding any delivery charges
NB. Due to health and Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept hosiery, wigs and underwear returns.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all item(s) returned to us, have an attached note, clearly stating your reason for return.
Please note that none of the above affects your statutory rights.
